Who are Entice Energy?
Entice Energy is a new Mansfield-based electricity and gas supplier that supplies energy across the UK.
As well as offering competitive pricing, Entice Energy take an innovative approach to customer service by allocating its customers their own dedicated account manager.
This approach seems to be working really well for the company. Entice Energy’s online reviews are glowing and full of praise.
Entice Energy offer two 12-month fixed rate tariffs for both electricity and gas. There is a £30 exit fee per fuel type on the fixed rate tariffs if you leave before the end of the 12-month fixed term.
One of the fixed-rate tariffs has a higher standing charge but cheaper per unit cost, and the other has a lower standing charge but a higher per unit cost. Which tariff is more appropriate will depend on how much energy a customer uses.
Entice Energy do not offer a variable rate tariff. Neither do they offer an electric vehicle tariff or a ‘feed-in’ tariff. Pre-payment tariffs are not available.
Entice Energy compares very favourably on price.
Entice Energy scores 4.5 out of five stars on TrustPilot. Most of the reviewers mention customer service as being Entice Energy’s strong point, with the energy cost coming a close second. 95% of the reviewers rate Entice Energy as either good or excellent.
Which? and Citizen’s Advice don’t have enough data to give Entice Energy a rating.
Entice Energy’s fuel mix information is not available. However, the company do not claim to supply environmentally-friendly or renewable energy, concentrating on price and customer service instead.

Entice Energy’s website is basic but functional. The information available is limited as well, although in part that is because Entice Energy’s offering has been simplified so there are fewer things for the company to talk about compared to other energy suppliers.
The website does not have a live chat option, but you can use it to view your bills, make payments and submit meter readings.
