If you have not consented to analytics, clicks are not tracked by us beyond what is inherent in the affiliate referral URL itself. Editorial Independence

Affiliate relationships have no influence on our editorial content, verdicts, or scoring. The existence of an affiliate arrangement does not cause us to recommend a supplier more favourably, suppress negative findings, or alter the balance of our reviews in any way. Our editorial process — including drafting, human review, and approval — is applied consistently regardless of commercial relationships. Any commissions earned through affiliate relationships are used to fund the ongoing operation of Energy Review, including:

  • Data collection — including access to third-party data sources used in our reviews.
  • Development — building and maintaining the tools that power our review pipeline.

Affiliate revenue does not fund payments to editors or reviewers in exchange for favourable coverage.
