- Electricity: Energy Networks Association — Enter your postcode to find your electricity network operator, then use the operator’s supplier lookup or contact it for your supplier details and MPAN.
- Gas: Find My Supplier — Enter your postcode and address to find your gas supplier and MPRN. You can also call the Meter Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524.
A recent bill, online account or bank payment may name the supplier immediately. If you have just moved in, contact the existing supplier before switching.
Who to contact
Contact your supplier about bills, tariffs, meter readings and complaints. Contact your network operator about a power cut, damaged equipment or a new connection. Call 105 for an electricity power cut.

Your supplier bills you. Your network operator owns the local cables or pipes. Contact your supplier about bills and tariffs; contact the network operator about power cuts and connections.
Does this tool store my postcode?
No. It is used once to resolve your electricity region and is not saved by Energy Review or placed in the page address.
What if I live in Northern Ireland?
Northern Ireland has a separate electricity market, so BT postcodes do not have a Great Britain distribution region and will not resolve in this tool.
